We had my daughter’s birthday party at Chapel Ground Alpacas and it was absolutely fantastic.

Tamsin, Mel & Marilyn were brilliant with the children and made them feel safe and involved. The children fed the alpacas and were able to walk in amongst them and interact with them as much as they wanted.

Nothing was too much trouble and Tamsin and the team were perfect hosts. The party gazebo was very beautifully decorated and the food was great. Tamsin catered very well for my daughters’ specific dietary requirements. In fact, it was all so well organised and so much fun that I’m tempted to go back for my birthday! Thank you Tamsin x

We went for an ‘alpaca afternoon tea’ as a birthday surprise.

Not only was Tam a warm and welcoming host but she was extremely accommodating, our vegan afternoon tea was sooooo good (better than in most cafes) and it was set up beautifully.

The alpacas were an absolute delight and were very well cared for. I got a real sense that these guys do it for the love of these sweet animals and I would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful time we had visiting Tamsin and her Alpacas.

They were so delightful allowing us to feed them carrots and the little ones were so inquisitive and full of fun. An evening of cuteness overload and laughs, Alpaca therapy recommended for all. Thanks again Tamsin.

We went as a family of 4 to do a meet and greet with the Alpacas.

We were there 1 hour and the children loved every second and we got some amazing pictures, we would totally recommend this experience.

I took Belle and Frank to meet the Alpacas at Chapel Ground Alpacas in Cleeve.

The grandchildren had such fun playing chase with the Bibi & Nik Nak. We hand fed all the Alpacas and took some beautiful photos and videos. We also met the eight puppies who are five days old. The Grandchildren have chosen the puppy that Daddy is buying (BTW he doesn’t know yet) to say Belle and Frank are besotted is an under statement. Sam Bell had completely fallen in love with the alpacas too.

When walking to Goblin Combe with my kids we always stop to say hello to the Alpacas.

Having two little ones under 4 I enquired about any experiences that would be suitable for them. Tamsin responded straight away and was extremely helpful and accommodating in putting together a 30min visit.

When we arrived Tamsin was very friendly and welcoming, she engaged with my children, talking to them about the Alpacas and making them feel at ease.

We fed the Alpacas a bowl of carrots and the kids loved stroking and getting up close to them. The experience wasn’t rushed and Tamsin was very good at keeping my little ones engaged and entertained. We then had the bonus of meeting the gorgeous Labrador puppies, again this was a hands on experience with Tamsin looking after my girls and helping them feel safe. As everyone was enjoying themselves we ran over the 30 minutes we had booked, unlike some places I’ve been this wasn’t an issue and we were not made to feel like time was up! But when it was my kids were happy to receive a colouring book and a treat from Tamsin for the journey home. Afterwards I was emailed photos of taken of us, again a lovely touch as you don’t always get chance to take many yourself when making sure your children are enjoying themselves.

So I’d like to thank Tamsin and Chapel Ground Alpacas, we had a very personal, fun and entertaining experience and can’t wait to come and meet you all again.

I took my other half along for a surprise birthday tea.

Tamsin was fabulous, the spread was divine complete with bubbles, all under a decorated gazebo especially for just the two of us. The alpacas were a delight, such gentle creatures and not shy at all! We learned a lot about them and had plenty of photo ops as they’re bot camera shy either. 😊 A wonderful time out, something completely different and we loved it.
